Terms of Subscription

Spin Cycle provides rental washers and dryers under a monthly subscription model. The service includes equipment delivery, setup, and replacement if the unit becomes non-functional due to normal use.

• This Agreement begins on the date the equipment is delivered.
• The rental continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled by either party.
• There is no long-term contract. Renter may cancel at any time (see Cancellation & Return of Equipment).

• Monthly subscription cost: $75 per month (unless otherwise stated in writing).
• First payment: $75 (includes delivery, installation, and first month).
• Monthly payments are due on the same day each month as the original charge date.
• Late payments over 3 days past due may result in suspension of service.

Spin Cycle will:

• Deliver the washer and/or dryer to the Renter’s address.
• Install the equipment where proper hookups exist.
• Confirm the unit is functional at the time of delivery.

Renter must ensure:

• Clear and safe access for delivery.
• The space has the correct electrical, water, and ventilation connections.

Spin Cycle covers:

• All repairs due to normal wear and tear.
• Full replacement if the unit stops working under normal use.

Renter agrees to:

• Notify Spin Cycle immediately of any issues.
• Not attempt self-repairs or hire outside technicians.
• Use the equipment for residential purposes only.

Damage from misuse, neglect, flooding, fire, or improper electrical/water hookups is the Renter’s responsibility.

All rented equipment is the property of Spin Cycle.
Renter does not acquire ownership at any point during the rental. 

Renter agrees to provide Spin Cycle reasonable access to the property to:

• Deliver or remove equipment
• Perform repairs or replacements

If access is denied, billing will continue until access is granted.

Renter may cancel at any time by contacting Spin Cycle.
Upon cancellation:

• Billing stops after the final paid rental period.
• Renter must allow Spin Cycle to pick up the equipment within 7 days.
• Equipment must be in reasonable condition (normal wear and tear accepted).

If the equipment is missing, stolen, or severely damaged, Renter may be charged a replacement fee (see Damage, Loss, or Replacement Fees).

Renter agrees to:

• Use the washer and dryer according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Keep the equipment in a clean, safe environment.
• Avoid overloading, improper venting, or unapproved detergents.
• Ensure dryer vents remain unobstructed.

If equipment is damaged beyond normal use, destroyed, or not returned, the Renter may be charged:

• Washer replacement fee: $600
• Dryer replacement fee: $600

Spin Cycle will provide documentation before any charge is made.

Renter agrees that Spin Cycle is not responsible for:

• Water damage caused by faulty home plumbing
• Electrical issues caused by the home’s wiring
• Property damage resulting from misuse or improper installation conditions

Spin Cycle is responsible only for equipment defects or service-related issues.

Spin Cycle may update pricing or policies with 30 days’ notice.

Renter may cancel anytime if they do not agree to updated terms.
