Trouble-Shooting Guide

Make sure the washer is plugged in 

• Check the breaker (reset if tripped) 
• Close the lid/door firmly

1. Select a wash cycle
2. Press Start
3. Push down on the lid to confirm it is fully closed 

1. Turn ON both water valves behind the washer
2. Check hoses for kinks or crushing
3. Select the correct water level 

Load may be too heavy or uneven

1. Redistribute clothes evenly
2. Restart the cycle 

• Use HE (High Efficiency) detergent only
• Do not use too much detergent
• Do not overfill the washer 

1. Make sure the washer is level on the floor
2. Check for uneven loads (towels, blankets)
3. Rearrange or remove items 

1. Make sure the dryer is plugged in 2
2. Check the breaker (dryers often use TWO breakers)
3. Close the door completely 

1. Select a dry cycle
2. Confirm the door is fully latched 
3. Press Start

1. Clean the lint filter
2. Check vent hose for blockage or crushing 
3. Try Timed Dry instead of Auto Dry 

 Blocked airflow is the #1 cause of no heat 

Load may be too heavy or uneven

1. Clean the lint filter
2. Make sure the vent hose is clear
3. Do not overload the dryer 

1. Check for airflow blockage
2. Reduce load size
3. Restart after 5 minutes
